Looking for an Interim Volunteer Coordinator

We're looking for a volunteer who's willing to be an Interim Volunteer Coordinator and fill in while the AmeriCorps are gone. The Interim Volunteer Coordinator is only needed during July, August and September, (with training time in June/July) because AmeriCorps Members fill the position during the rest of the year. The Interim Volunteer Coordinator, with the aid of another Interim Volunteer Coordinator, will supervise and manage the volunteer program. The work generally consists of responding to emails and phone calls from people who are interested in bringing a group of people (from their office, church, etc) to volunteer on our construction sites. The position would require a familiarity with Microsoft Outlook or similar software, familiarity with databases and you'd be trained on how to use our online scheduling software. We're asking a time commitment of 3 hours, twice a week during business hours (M-F, 9-5). If you're interested in this position please email me and we'll set you up with an interview!
