Update from Mike Hammerquist, Construction Supervisor at Patterson Park:
Building A: Scheduled for tile replacement 1 August.

Building B: Painting continues. Warranty work inside almost done.

Building C: A couple of hours of warranty work left to do.

Building D: Final homeowner signed their lease Friday and had the walkthrough on Saturday. Cleaned out the garage of #6 and hauled a load to Second Use.

Received "Certificate of Occupancy" for all buildings this week and posted them in the fire room of each unit.

Update from Doug Copley, Construction Supervisor at Koinonia Ridge:

Unit #12
Installed vinyl flooring in kitchen, laundry and bathrooms.
Installed 50% of interior doors.
Installed 75% of base board.
Started interior caulk and spackle.
Cabinets should arrive next week.
Water service installed.

Unit #32
Passed electrical inspection.

Unit #33
Electrical 98% complete.

Unit #36
Plumbing rough-in 90% complete.
HVAC rough-in 90% complete.
Continued with exterior painting.

Unit #39
Wood flooring 80% installed.
Interior doors and millwork 75% complete.
Tile installed in bathroom, needs grout.
Cabinets should arrive next week.
Water service installed.
