Update at Koinonia Ridge in Snoqualmie:

The Thrivent Build is staying on schedule. The rainy weather did prevent us from continuing exterior painting, but a lot of paint prep work was done.

Unit #40:
Finished electrical rough-in, plumbing rough-in and HVAC rough-in
Passed plumbing, HVAC, gas pipe, framing and electrical inspections
Insulated walls and crawl space
Metal roofing completed
Continued siding trim
Exterior caulking and spackle

Unit #42:
Finished framing exterior walls
Started framing interior walls
Plywood nailing

We also put on the siding for the shed and installed trusses on it.

Next week we will be getting Lot #42 ready for the 2nd floor, starting sheet rock in #40 and hopefully exterior painting.
