Job Title: Driver Assistant
Goal of the Job: Assist our Driver with pickups and
deliveries during the week.
Department: Habitat Store
Responsible to: Habitat Store Merchandising Supervisor
Time Required:
Hours: Between the hours of 8:30am & 5pm Tuesday-Saturday; 4 hour shifts
Length of Commitment: At least one day/week for at least 2 months
Positions Available: 1 - 5
Position Availability: Position available immediately
Description:
Ride with our driver on one or many pickup days during the week. Assist
with directions, loading in donations, and being a friendly and
informative face for the Habitat Store in the community. Must be able to
lift at least 50lbs.

Skills Needed:
• Physical ability to lift and move large items
• Ability to read maps/directions
• Friendliness
Training Provided:
Training on physical safety, donation protocol, and Habitat for Humanity
EKC Store mission will be provided.
